01 — Why we started

Pleasant Present started with a simple observation: ordering business gifts in Europe is often slower and more complicated than it should be. Finding products that feel premium, arrive quickly, and still fit modern branding expectations usually means compromising on either quality, speed, or simplicity. We wanted to build a better experience — one where companies can quickly discover reliable, well-designed gifts, instantly preview them with their branding, and move from idea to delivery without unnecessary friction.
