Who you are dealing with
PleasantPresent.com is operated by UAB "Absque metus", legal entity code 302781127, VAT code LT100008784819, registered office at Ozo g. 22-23, Vilnius, Lithuania. Any contract for products is concluded with this company. You can reach us at hello@pleasantpresent.com.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on the site are indicative — based on distributor pricing plus a margin — and may exclude VAT, decoration, setup and delivery. A binding price is confirmed only in a written quote prepared for your specific request. Each quote is valid for the period stated in it.
Orders
An order becomes binding once you accept a written quote in writing. Lead times depend on the product and decoration method and are confirmed with each quote. Branded, custom-printed products are produced to order based on artwork you approve.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products delivered, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer or our liability for matters that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts of Lithuania. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you submit a request applies to that request. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
