Snapback, velcro or buckle?
Snapback (plastic clip) gives the most retro-modern look; velcro is the cheapest and easy on/off; metal buckle (deluxe) feels most premium. The closure type is listed per cap.
Flat or 3D embroidery for caps?
Flat embroidery suits text and detailed logos; 3D (puff) embroidery raises the stitch off the fabric for a varsity-cap look — best on bold, simple shapes. Both are available on most 5- and 6-panel caps.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products start at 25–50 pieces, but minimums vary by item and print method. The exact MOQ is shown on each product page next to the quantity-pricing table.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10–15 working days from artwork approval. Express options (5–7 working days) are available on most products — request them via the quote form.
