Pad print or sublimation on ceramic mugs?
Pad print is best for solid-colour logos in 1–4 spot colours and is the lowest unit cost. Sublimation is required for photographic artwork or full wraparound colour and is available on white-coated mugs only.
Which print method holds up best in the dishwasher?
Laser engraving is the most durable — it removes a thin layer of the surface and cannot fade. Pad print and screen print are dishwasher-safe on most products but can wear over years of daily washing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products start at 25–50 pieces, but minimums vary by item and print method. The exact MOQ is shown on each product page next to the quantity-pricing table.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10–15 working days from artwork approval. Express options (5–7 working days) are available on most products — request them via the quote form.
Do you deliver across the EU?
Yes. We ship to all EU countries with tracked delivery; shipping cost is added to your quote based on volume and destination.
