How long do drinks stay hot?
Most flasks retain heat for 8–12 hours and cold for 18–24 hours. Exact figures (in hours, by capacity) are in each product's specifications block.
Engraving or print on the stainless body?
Laser engraving is the standard — clean, durable, and can't peel. Pad print is available where you need full-colour branding, but engraving is recommended for everyday-use flasks.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products start at 25–50 pieces, but minimums vary by item and print method. The exact MOQ is shown on each product page next to the quantity-pricing table.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10–15 working days from artwork approval. Express options (5–7 working days) are available on most products — request them via the quote form.
